God made peace by reconciling all things through Jesus's sacrificial work on the cross and Paul is inviting us to set our hearts on that peace. We need to let our lives be rooted in that peace and respond to that actively as individuals and as a Church. However our world is in constant conflict, our churches are permeated by those struggles, there are natural consequences that are fragmenting our reality, still we are called to peace, to bring hope and reconciliation into this world.
