The life we now live is the end-result of regular practices and daily habits - most of the time we hardly notice them but there they are, shaping our daily lives. How might we take the power of habit, but direct it towards a life centred on Jesus? A life where you experience deep contentment, joy and confidence in your everyday life with God doesn’t just happen: it takes intentionality, and it takes a community. Throughout history, followers of Jesus have arranged their lives around a set of practices (sometimes called a rule of life), a pattern of living the Jesus way. This Sunday we’ll explore how the Spirit of God meets us in these regular holy habits and spiritual disciplines and partake in Communion.
