DESCRIPTION:A warm welcome to all those who are grieving the death of a family member or friend. The 13 GriefShare sessions are designed to help you move forward on this difficult journey that has been forced upon you. \nThe 13 sessions address key areas at this critical juncture where you are trying to cope as best you can. Difficult questions arise. Answers are provided by expert-led weekly video presentations\, followed by group discussion with people who likewise are struggling with their grief. The group discussion takes place in an atmosphere of confidentiality as feelings and hurts are shared in the search for hope and meaning while reflecting on the loss that has occurred. It provides mutual support as an additional means in the healing process. \nRegistration is free.
