A warm welcome to all those who are grieving the death of their spouse. This seminar is designed to help you move forward on this difficult journey that has been forced upon you. 

This session addresses key areas at this critical juncture where you are trying to cope as best you can. Difficult questions arise. Answers are provided by an expert-led video presentation, followed by a group discussion with people who likewise are struggling with having lost their spouse. The group discussion takes place in an atmosphere of confidentiality as feelings and hurts are shared in the search for hope and meaning while reflecting on the loss that has occurred. It provides mutual support as an additional means in the healing process.
