Equipping everyone to take the next step
ABOUT CLEARVIEW CHURCH
At Clearview Church, we believe following Jesus is a lifelong journey - and no one takes it alone.
We're rooted in faith, committed to one another, and sent into the world as disciples who bless.
"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer."
(Acts 2:42)
Our Vision
Striving to be a church that disciples
Discipleship is an ancient, biblical word for something beautifully simple: learning to be an apprentice of Jesus — imitating his way of life and living by his teachings. We believe Jesus shows us life as it was meant to be lived, and that everyone is invited in. Over time, with practice and prayer, all who walk this path grow into stronger, more faithful followers of Christ.
Worship is a vital part of being human
Worship isn't just what happens on a Sunday — everyone is worshipping something, whether that's a career, a family, or a sports team. At ClearView, we believe the most important thing we can do is give the first and most significant place in our lives to God. It takes effort and intention, but we've found that worship centred on him is genuinely life-giving.
Being a Blessing
No matter who we are talking with, what we are up to, or what the issue at hand is, we believe that we are called to bless everyone. That means we love and support all people, no matter what their background, religion, or social status is. We believe that God has placed us in the ClearView neighbourhood for a reason, and we are committed to making a difference in the lives of our neighbours, as they in turn, make a difference in our lives. In fact, we hope that we can be a blessing to you as well.
